Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities :

Candidate should have knowledge and experience of Pickles, Paste, Sauces, etc.

He/She should able to develop new products, evelatution, costing and commercial production.

Responsible for all Foods safety and Quality management.

Rejections / Deviations / Observations escalated to concern supplier
Ensure the Food Products meet standard set by both company & regulatory bodies
Review & update the various regulatory norms for food products, packaging, storage & distribution
Check and Verify the Regulatory compliance in Product, Packaging & Label
Conduct Quality & Food Safety audit as per schedule at every Restaurant and share the improvements areas.
