Description
This Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) Implementation & Internal Auditor’s Certification Course teaches how food and/or food packaging, and food packaging manufacturing and related industries of any size (small, medium or large scale) can implement and maintain FSMS according to the ISO 22000:2018 standard within their areas of operation. This course explains all the clauses in details including the changes incorporated to the standard and, outlines fundamental concepts of the standard to learners.
You will learn how to report on the effective implementation and maintenance of a management system in accordance with ISO 19011. You will understand the role of an internal audit in maintaining and improving quality management systems, with reference to the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle, also the role and responsibilities of an auditor in planning, conducting, reporting and following up on an internal food safety management system audit based on ISO 22000, and in accordance with ISO 19011.
